Operations During COVID-19
As some of you may know, Hold Emporium was planning for the grand opening of our retail space at the end of April 2020. Unfortunately, due to all the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 global pandemic, we no longer have a grand opening date set of our retail space.
As such, we have decided to launch our website early to help you level up your home training while we all practice physical distancing. We encourage you to check back often as we continue to roll out new products in the weeks to come.
The healthy and safety of our employees and community is our top priority, and we have taken the following measures and precautions:
- We are currently operating with a small team to maintain social distancing and reduce the number of people who come into contact with our products.
- Regular sanitization of high touch surfaces
- Customers and clients are no longer permitted into our workshop for pick ups. Everything is prepackaged and or pre ordered. All pick ups are done by appointment only *See shipping below for more details*
Processing + Shipping
COVID-19 has also had a large impact on supply chain, including raw materials and shipping of non-essential items. Our aim is to have all orders of in-stock items shipped out within two business days and any custom orders shipped out within four business days of confirmation. All products are shipped form Pickering, Ontario.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We encourage you to follow your tracking number and check the Canada Post website for any disruptions that may impact your order. Please keep in mind that at this time, priority is being given to shipments of essential good and we can not be held responsible for any shipping delays.
Order Pick up - By appointment only
Once you have items in your shopping cart you will be given the option to select “Curbside Pickup” at our warehouse in Pickering, ON.
For your safety and the safety of our staff we ask that you please follow the instructions that are sent to you with your confirmation email on how to pick up your item(s).
For the safety of other customers, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled pick up. Pick up appointments have been staggered to minimize the chances of you coming into contact with others and to give us the opportunity to wipe down any necessary contact surfaces in between pickups.
We are truly grateful for all your support, patience and understanding as we try and navigate this unprecedented time and are excited to bring you some amazing products.
Refunds + Exchanges
To help stop the spread of COVID-19, we are unable to accept any returns at this time. However if any components require servicing or replacement contact firstname.lastname@example.org, issues can be resolved (at a reasonable additional cost, if applicable).
