Are you guys going to sell more stuff?
This isn't how we pictured launching our new site, but amidst the growing threat of COVID-19, we've decided to launch our site early to help you level up your home training while we all practice physical distancing.
We plan to slowly roll out new products. Please note that there may be limited quantities of each product available. Keep checking in as we continue to slowly roll out various product lines from different brands.
How long will it take to get my order?
Given the impacts of COVID-19 and to ensure the health and safety of our staff by keeping in line with physical distancing regulations, it may take us longer than usual to fulfill orders. Please allow 2-3 business days minimum for processing of all in stock items plus shipping. Hold orders require more processing time and usually ship within 4-5 business days after the order has been confirmed. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number for your items. Please note that some shipping carriers may also be experiencing delays. Details can be found on their website.
Do you ship to the United States?
Please note that due to the impacts of COVID-19 shipping carriers have prioritized shipments of essential goods, thus causing many delays to shipments, especially across boarders. At this time they are estimating that shipments will take approximately 1 week longer than normal.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with international shipping carrier integration at check out. However, if you are interested in ordering product and live outside of Canada please contact email@example.com and we will get it sorted. Happy shopping!
Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can. Select "Pick up order" at check out. Once your order is ready for pick up, a member of our team will contact you within 1 business day with details on how to schedule a pick up appointment.

Are you still selling climbing holds?
We plan to launch our full line of holds in the coming weeks. Stay tuned.
Please allow 4-6 business days for processing before order are shipped.
What material are the holds made out of?
Do your climbing holds come with bolts?
Hardware is all sold separately, unless otherwise indicated.
Contact us directly for bulk and specialty orders of hardware.
What about Volumes and large feature holds?
Yes! We intend to carry a full line of plywood & fiberglass volumes. Stay tuned.
What colours do the holds come in?

Can I return or exchange my items?
To help stop the spread of COVID-19, we are unable to accept any returns at this time. However if any components require servicing or replacement contact email@example.com, issues can be resolved (at a reasonable additional cost, if applicable).
